Capture Client “Cannot load basic data for profile” error on startup

You can fix the issue by cleaning the Capture Client working folder (default location: C:\Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Application Data\Therefore\Capture). 

If this doesn't help, please try to reinstall the Capture Client.
