When configuring MFP Application following error may appear: "Error while connecting to the web service. Please verify that the Therefore™ MFP Manager has been started. Please verify IP Address and the port number."
Solution:
- Make sure that the Therefore™ MFP Manager Service is running on a Therefore Server
- Make sure that ports 8372 and 8373 are opened in a firewall
